2、全球微生物大数据平台建设，主持建设了中国科学院战略生物资源信息平台、世界微生物资源平台等，持续为全球76个国家的802个微生物机构提供了数据汇交、管理及共享服务。

3、国家微生物科技领域云平台开发：带领团队开发了一站式生物信息分析Saas服务，上线84个分析工具和自定义的数据分析工作流，是目前国内外微生物领域功能最为完善的Saas云服务。

4、微生物领域知识图谱平台：牵头开发微生物领域首个超过30亿三元组知识图谱平台，应用于全球冠状病毒关联数据发布等项目。
