主要从事食品和肠道等来源的益生菌和共生菌的功能和发挥作用的分子机制研究,包括它们产生的活性代谢产物,如活性肽、翻译后修饰蛋白等的多样性、生物合成调控及功能和作用机制研究,微生物互作机制研究,食品和肠道微生物组研究等。
