从分子水平分析病原菌的感染机制,通过计算化学分析感染过程中关键蛋白与配体的相互作用,据此设计新型抗感染药物分子,通过有机化学的方法合成药物,并进行系统的活性评估,筛选具有进一步研发潜力的候选药物。 |
