研究内容
在大肠杆菌、芽胞杆菌、谷氨酸棒杆菌及酵母菌等微生物中开发新型高效的基因编辑工具和多元基因组工程技术,探究微生物关键蛋白的结构功能机制,开展重要生物制剂白藜芦醇、核苷及其高附加值衍生物的生物合成与代谢工程研究。
