研究方向 极端微生物与极端酶的认识与利用
研究内容
以嗜盐碱等极端微生物为材料,开展适用于极端微生物的高效基因组编辑技术体系研究,构建生长快速且合成能力强的极端菌底盘细胞,以期实现特殊条件下高附加值产品的高效生产;通过挖掘耐热、耐盐碱等极端酶资源,并进行酶结构与功能关系及人工定向进化的研究,以期获得稳定高效可工业应用的极端酶产品。相关研究已发表SCI收录学术论文30余篇,获得授权专利9项。
主要承担项目
主持在研国家自然科学基金面上项目1项和国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项;已主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、国家863计划项目子课题、省院科技合作项目、中科院重点部署和知识创新工程重要方向项目子课题等项目。
