研究内容及意义 利用疫苗、感染和肿瘤等动物模型,结合临床样本,从淋巴组织微环境(外因)和表观遗传(内因)两个角度,系统研究T细胞发育、稳态、应答和记忆等重要免疫事件的细胞和分子调控机制,揭示其生理病理意义,研发创新型疫苗和免疫干预新策略。 |
