研究组研究方向


1.肿瘤免疫方向:探究免疫细胞中的表观转录调控机制。

2.微生物组方向:探索微生物组在肿瘤免疫治疗中的关键作用。


研究组研究内容及意义


利用临床组织样品、肿瘤动物模型等,从“免疫细胞”和”微生物组“两个角度,浅析微生物组如何影响表观调控介导的抗肿瘤免疫反应、探究微生物组与免疫细胞的互作机制。基于研究发现的潜在靶点,开发新型有效的肿瘤免疫治疗“增敏剂”。
