A joint paper was published in <Cell> by the cooperation between Fu Gao's research group in institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing Institutes of Life Science and the research group in Oswaldo Cruz Foundation. The paper named <Molecular Basis of Arthritogenic Alphavirus Receptor MXRA8 Beijing to Chikungunya Virus Envelope Protein> provides important information regarding the development of therapeutic countermeasures against those arthritogenic alphaviruses.
